What each entry holds
- Name and phone.
- What they store, such as a Class A, fifth wheel or boat.
- The size they need.
- Status: waiting, offered, placed or removed.
Filling a vacancy
- When a tenant leaves, set their space back to open and clear the gate code.
- Search the waitlist for people who need that size.
- Offer the space and mark the person offered.
- When they accept, set the space to occupied with their details and mark them placed.
Bring your existing list
Import your current waitlist and spaces from a spreadsheet, up to 500 rows at a time. Every row is checked, and nothing is added if one has a problem.
