LotWaitCollect storage rent with your own payment link

Most tenants pay on time when paying is easy. LotWait gives each occupied space a rent page with your payment link, and shows you which spaces have paid this month.
How it works
- Add your payment link and any payment instructions in Settings.
- Set each occupied space’s monthly rent and tenant email.
- Email each tenant their rent link from the app, or text it.
- Mark spaces paid as payments arrive.
What tenants see
Your yard’s name, their space and the monthly rent, with a pay button and your phone number. Gate codes and notes are never shown.
Your provider, your money
LotWait doesn’t process payments or hold money. Tenants pay you directly through Square, Stripe or whatever link you add.
Common questions
- Does LotWait send rent reminders automatically?
- Not yet. You send the rent link from the app when you choose.
